What to include

If you are writing about a failed generation, tell us the scene pack name, approximate time (with timezone), and the account email you used. For privacy deletions, include the account email and whether you want uploads, outputs, or both removed. For partnerships, share audience size, timeline, and whether you need branded scene packs or affiliate codes.
We read every message. Complex billing cases may take longer because we verify Stripe events before adjusting credits. Security reports are welcome — please avoid attaching raw face images unless a ticket explicitly requests them for reproduction.
